I sent an email to support@connectlucas.com and received an e-mail response with a username and password. What do I use this username and password for?

When you send an email to support@connectlucas.com, an automated reply is generated, with a username and password. This username and password can be used to log into Connect Lucas’ support site at http://www.webhelp.connect4education.com:8081/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk. You can use this site to review all of the contacts you have had with Connect Lucas support, including your questions and the responses from the support team.

The username and password you receive via email after contacting Connect Lucas Support is NOT the username and password to use to sign into Connect Lucas. If you are an instructor, your Connect Lucas username will always begin with ‘Lprof’; if you are a student, it’s the username you made up. If you are ever confused about how to sign into Connect Lucas, click “Forgot your login or password?” on www.connectlucas.com.
